Gravimetric Vapor Sorption High Vacuum Analyzer
The DVS Vacuum is a high vacuum analyzer designed to measure sorption kinetics and physisorption isotherms of porous materials such as zeolites, MOFs, COFs, carbons, and composites.
Capable of both single and multi-component vapor/gas analysis, the system provides precise control over temperature and pressure while continuously monitoring sample mass, enabling high-resolution sorption measurements under vacuum and near-vacuum conditions.

The DVS Vacuum uses a combination of roughing and turbomolecular pumps to achieve and maintain high vacuum. Thermal equilibrium is preserved across the entire chamber—including the sample, sensors, and vapor delivery systems, enabling consistent performance across a broad temperature range (10–70 °C) with no condensation risk.
By introducing controlled partial pressures of water or organic solvents without a carrier gas, the system allows true vapor sorption isotherms to be measured with minimal structural interference. It also enables detailed studies of drying kinetics in pharmaceutical powders, making it a versatile tool for advanced material characterization.
